life was busy for the past 2 wks..
i predicted that i will hardly blog after this post! haha. everyday is all about studies and lessons.. =(( though sch is much better than staying at home, it still quite stressful.. in times to come i tink..
next wk starting clinicals soon.. and i am attached to Alexander hospital (orthopaedic outpatient).. it sounds cool.. but after i googled.. it sound scary thou.. i should be meeting patients with fractures, deformed fingers and toes, back pain, frozen shoulder.. blah blah blah.. and i cant imagine patients with all these injuries.. wonder how will they look like. hopefully i will not scare by them..
and it seems tt there's a lot of things to learn for me.. cos orthopaedic is jus different from meeting old ppl and young kids.. it gt a wide age groups of patients to treat ya? plus.. it jus cant hav plain communication skills.. mobility skills will be utilised i tink.. and i need to start refreshing my mind abt those mob skills alr. is disappearing from my head soon.
ok.. enough of studies stuff.. shall talk abt my last saturday outings!! haha.
i met usual clique for lunch.. cos pei si wanna one outing badly.. so in the end.. as usual.. me and shihui plan it. and due to miscommunication, we forget to invite some ppl.. very sorry to them.. cos i tot that weikiat will do the job in asking ppl come for the outing.. but apparently, he didn. and i didn. and shihui didn too. so TADA, we got 8 ppl in total appeared for the outing which was not too bad too. haha.
then.. we had lunch at jurong safra.. it wasnt what i was expecting.. the building is small. haha. but nvm.. the ishi mura jap restaurant there is nt bad.. the food is kinda cheap and nice. so ZHI DE! haha. den we tot of going for k session.. but it was ex on sat.. so we changed it to movie session. and we watched horror movie! is both me and shihui 1st time watching horror movie at cinema.. and i really tot tt halloween is all about ghost and stuff.. so was expecting ghost to come out and scare me.. but it turned out not! it was a gross murder show! i totally cannot take it. and after i had watched for abt half an hr, i started telling guifang that i wanna leave the cinema alr. it was really too scary and gross! most of the time, i watch with only one eye.. haha. and also got a few times, i was being scared by the loud sudden sound.. and i jumped on my chair. so KUKU! but luckily, only guifang saw it. haha.
yea.. after which, i was late for dinner with cousins.. and junkai drove me to clementi! so nice of him ya! but i nearly died on his car. haha. cos he was so pro that he cut from the 1st lane to the 3rd without looking carefully at the cars on the 3rd lane. and all of us nearly met an accident if the car behind us didn brake fast enough.. but i tink i am the only person that saw the whole process cos i was sitting at the back seat (side).
and when i reached clementi.. twin cousin joseph sent me to turf city with his sport bike! whee! was my 1st time on sport bike sia! haha. so shuang =))
then.. we had jap buffet dinner. wasnt very nice as wad i was expecting but it was good enough. =) after which.. we had drinks at railway mall. =) SO COOL! and i had my 1st cocktail - sex on the beach at the 1st pub tt i had been to . weird name for the cocktail right? at 1st i dun wanna order this cocktail becos of its weird name.. but the waitress was like telling me it is the sweetest cocktail among the other international classics. so i jus ordered it and in the end, it really taste better than the rest. cos i tasted my cousins' and theirs were more strong and bitter. haha.
memorable saturday =) i love it. haha. so many "1st times" =)))
ok.. shall be back to my work soon.. had to rush most of my studies by tml.. cos i going KUKUP ON SATURDAY!! cant wait man!! =)) tata~
